Sessler Ford salesman are the most corrupt mother * in the world - I bought a 1999 Explorer from them in December. It looked nice, drove well, and was in my price range. The 2nd day I had it the thing broke down. I took it in to get it fixed, and 3 days later it broke down again. Now I was pissed. I took it in AGAIN to get fixed, and ON THE WAY HOME it broke down AGAIN.
Lights were flashing, check engine, check engine, no fuel pressure, the RPM's were going all over the place and I wasn't even in gear! The car was a piece of * but they assured me that it was MY FAULT. That I had done something to the car because it was fine when they had it and they told me I had to leave. Well guess what, * YOU SESSLER FORD I didn't do one * thing to that car. I junked it 2 months later after no one there would take my phone calls or even call me back. I had a 10 month old baby at the time AND NO CAR FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS!
I am in thousands of dollars of debt now because of them and will be for a very long time. Don't ever use sessler ford in libertyville, they will * you in the * - sell you a car that they wouldn't put their worst enemy in. They knew that car was junk, I know it. The salesperson didn't even want to ride the test drive with me, he was almost going to let me do it alone. He was probably afraid it was going to explode! * need to get taught a lesson, and some day, I'll be the one to do it. You just watch.
