Dear Sirs,
Really hope to find people I can talk with, please consider my age 58, good position in job, and life experience. I don't like if somebody take or try to take advantages on me.
For me Ford made a mistake and should repair it!
No reply was given to the attached letter that I sent on Feb 28.
For all that I declare I can give a prove, starting with the web pages Ford Italy where they advertised the Ford Fiesta same model as I have, with fog lights included in the price, I was told to pay extra if I wanted a fog lights!
The campaign of Ford Fiesta Zetec at E 10950 seriously penalise my car value.
I will report the matter to Union consumers and also will report my experience on the web as I will build pages to tell others, and most important, I will write a signpost on my car with capital letters to tell to anybody my bad experience, standing outside Rome Ford dealers.
No other people should fell in such trick n trap, promise You I will do this outside a FORD DEALERS shops or premises, I would push my lack, nothing to loose I already lost a lot.

Dear Sir,
I bought on Feb 05 a Ford Fiesta TDCI, as was promoted on TV, from a dealer Carpoint. Rome.
I decided so, because I already bought on 2001 a FORD FIESTA ZETEC TDI from a same dealer Carpoint for my wife, I was then satisfied and I decided to come back there!!! BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM!
When I ordered a Ambiente model with the options of Alarm and CD radio (this last I was told optional); I asked if the car Opel corsa year 1994 swing, that I owed could be taken as part exchange, no possible I also was told.
1) In the advertising that is shown on the FORD ITALY web pages at http://www.ford. It/ie/fiesta/fie_promos/fie_TDCi_200105/-/-/-/- the Ambiente type at the price
E 10950 has a fog lights, please have a look, when i asked i was also told that those were optional, then i did not ordered for my car.
Most disappointing is that after few days (the campaign was on already) on the main national newspaper full color page, is advertised a FORD FIESTA TDCI ZETEC at 10950 Euros!!! Giving inn a car part exchange made till 1996. (this is government promotion called ROTTAMAZIONE (DISMANTLING) to encourage buying new cars to reduce pollution.
This is really penalizing my purchase:
I paid a base model nearly 1000 more than a ZETEC.
The price of my car felt from new over 3000 Euros, if I decide to sell the car now the price would be compare with the zetec with all optional included that I don't have.
Definitely you know what I mean I'm really surprise as FORD allows this!
I tried to get in touch with you via email but the answer was the email is indefinitely broken till further notice!
I left a message with the lady that answered about a week ago, she tried to make me believe that this promotions that comes out are not controlled from FORD, she also told that i would be contact from somebody that never show out.
I have the all pages advert of the National newspapers if you wish to have sent.
I still believe that something went wrong and you can manage to RESTORE, sure if this is the line of FORD has, regret that does not matches with my requires, and most important that other person should NOT have my experience.
Really hope that You would consider this matter more seriously.
