I received a quote for full coverage, paid the amount qouted for a year. Got a phone call that I was only paying for liability and that I owed them $600.00 for back coverage even though it was their fault and I had no occurance. They set me up on a payment plan, I mailed payment, they cancel my ins. So, not only had I been driving around with only liability, now I had no idea that I had no ins. I called, they said, the amount I had sent was not enough, even though this was the amount I was told to send. Basically, you never get the same person twice and none of them have a damn clue whats going on. The managers don't care that it was their employees mistakes on both counts, I was still charged late fees and cancelation fees.
