We purchased a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Limited which happened to be the managers vehicle his name was Steve. On the contract we had a charge for $1,000 for a service warranty and come to find out after 8 months they did not file the paperwork and it wasn't valid. After my wife went down to sign the necessary paperwork again we got a letter from the company that handles these warrnatiesa and we were declined. Needless to say we have been paying on this coverage within our loan and how can I get this removed from my loan and get a credit back for such poor filing. I am very upset at how they mistreated and guided us, know wonder why they are out of business. This is poor representation on their part and I would like to get some money back on this as I shouldn't be paying on coverage that I don't have.
