Brake pads that had been listed in stock were ordered but never arrived. After more than 6 weeks of correspondence, this company promised delivery numerous times, and even offered coupons to make up for delays but never delivered. Only form of correspondence was through an email address. No accessible listing of address or telephone number.
Only after a posting of charges on my credit card was I able to track down the company's telephone number only to find a pre-recorded message - with no hopes of reaching a live person to talk to. This was the result - after weeks of copying all correspondence to customer service and management. After my most recent attempts to get an answer on why my order had not arrived, I recieved an email in which express autoparts abruptly cancelled my order without any mention of refunding my money. (Having read other consumer complaintss, I see that a lot of people have had trouble getting their money back.)
It is very sad and alarming that honest consumers are treated in such a dishonest way. A company like this should not be allowed to stay in business.
