Products were ordered from the company website on 3/4 from USA to Aus. Paid by credit card. Promised delivery within 8 weeks. Despite numerous emails and promises that the products had been sent they never arrived. Company has ceased all correspondence with me despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue.
