I was directed to S&J used auto parts through findapart.com, and was contacted by that company telleing me they had my part for $450.00 and was told I would receive it within 3 to 4 days after charging my card a week and a half went by with no part. I began to call and could not reach anyone but an answering service. I decided to press #1 on my phone to direct me to parts order, and that is how I was able to contact a living breathing person who showered me with lies. After about atleast 20 to 30 calls and about 5 diffrent stories rangoing from your part was damaged to our computer is having problems. I decided to contact my bank who quickley shut my account down and causing me so much financial pain and we are now waiting a refund of which I think I will never see. I have a senator who is a close friend in NY who will help me walk this through to the Atourney Generals Office to close this matter. They are a scam, they lie, and they have robbed me!
