Went in to have my tires checked because of some vibrations. The agent I met told me it would cost 21.99 to checked for issues and run a full diagnoses on it. I also asked him if they will take out the $21.99 if they fixed the issue, I thought he said yes, but later learned that he said no. So few minutes later the agent came back and said I needed a new tire and also alignment, and I asked if they checked the brake rotor I asked them to checked in the first place if I was paying the 21.99, and he gave me excuses and excuses on how he can't check that because they have to take the pads off, I was upset and said if I will be paying the 21.99, I need a full diagnosis done to the car including the brake rotor. They finally changed the 2 tires and said they also did the alignment. I paid a total of $341.37. My wife later looked at the receipt and asked why they charged me for the road hazard protection, I was surprised because they never brought that to my attention, I called back the next day and the guy claimed he told me about the protection and I gave him the go ahead to do that which was a red flag because we never had that discussion. He was unethical and this is the last time I use the services of that location in Galveston, Tx or any where.
