I sent a parcel to India using express mail, the cost of contents was only 800.
I paid 100 in shipping. Its been 20 days that I have parceled my package, I cannot track it has not been delivered.
The automated help service is useless, it says before routing the call to a customer rep I should tell why I am calling, when I say why i am calling it says I can not understand what you are saying and does not fwd the call to a rep.
My only advice pay more money but use Fedex or something, USPS does not deserve our money.
