Ordered flowers to be delivered. Not once did website state flowers were not available... Two hours after ordering them online i receive an email stating those flowers were not available they would substitute with other flowers if i dont respond so i didbt respobd it was fine tgey substituted five hours later im at the cemetery and not one flower i called 1-800number and they inform me then they couldn't fill my order. Ridiculous not a phone CALL broke my heart good thing i drove two hours to tand at my neice AND. Nephews resting site on the Anniversary of their death empty handed. Thanks for a broken disappointed heart.
