Like so many other reviews I have had the absolute worst buying experience ever. I just contacted their customer service department who basically told me they don't care. I have been without a refrigerator for a month. 4 weeks and counting is crazy. Do yourself a favor pay the little extra and shop locally. The Brooklyn experience and bad attitude are the worst I have ever experienced. When you spend $5000 you shouldn't be told it will get there when it gets there and "you are being dramatic."
