It is my duty as a good citizen to taketime to write for somebody else does not get rip-off by Applianceconnectioncompany (an online company Applianceconnection.com. This company charged me fora new Sharp Microwave model R-1874 and after 5weeks, delivered a used and damaged internally and externally (not even themonitor worked). It was very clear that it was used and broken one and thiscompany shipped to people. Anyway I went through an installation preparationfor it and this was a huge disappointment.
When I reported to their customersupport, she suggested that they willing to give me $120 credit if accept as itis! Of course I did not accept that offer. So I shipped it back to them andthey supposed to send me a replacement. Well first they said 3 weeks, thenchanged to 5 weeks, finally to 8 weeks. At that time, I gave up and cancelledthe order. It took them 2 weeks to credit me back!
They did not want to compensate me forthe time I put in for preparation in cabinet for this Microwave to be installedand for the hassle me and my wife went through. First they did not want tocredit until I placed a dispute in PayPal as well as my credit card company. This is a bad company to deal with. Iam telling you. Regards, FredB
