It took about 4 weeks to receive the merchandise. Emailing customer support didn't respond but calling customer support had much better results. Suzanne and Rayann were very helpful. Apparently, they don't ship partial shipments and they were waiting on 3 items. I took them off, got a refund within 2 days, and the merchandise came in only 3 days. My opinion, don't judge too harshly, just call and see what the hold up is. I would order again if I wasn't in a hurry or call first to see if items are in stock.
