I ordered something, it was given a tracking number. They claim they delivered it 5 days ago! Someone has been home at all times since then, and nobody ever came to deliver this package. Now they're claiming someone must have stolen it off the porch? Ridiculous! It was sent insured, but they are not refunding anything. What is insurance for then??? They never arrived. I work at home, RIGHT AT THE WINDOW overlooking the door. No delivery was attempted. I am SO pissed.
