Hello my name is jerry, my wife and i purchased a vehicle from dan nelson in december of 04 we both didn't have great credit due to prior situtations, so we went to them to establish our credit. We got a 2000 ford windstar when we got the vehicle it had a transmission mount that was bad and it didn't want to idle right, the salesman said " no problem you've got a warrenty bring it to our service dept. And we will have it fixed for you, so i wasn't worried about it much.
So we took the van to the service dept. Went to pick it up and none of the problems were fixed. I told the service rep, he said we fixed the problem but they didn't so they brought it back in, and decided that it needed a new part to fix the problem, so he said he would order the part, this was a week before christmas, i called january 14th and no part ordered. Now the transmission is going out. And they don't know when they can get it in. I pay 325.00 a month for something i don't feel safe taking my family in. And paying a ungodly interest rate on. Something needs to be done to assure people like myself and others get a fair deal.
