On 8/24/04 I ordered a 600 amp alternator from Nexxon Car Audio's web site for $550.00. I overnighted the money order to the address given to me by Dave (?) when I called the number on the web site.
Approximately 1 week later, Dave phoned and told me that he had received the money order and that the alternator had to be built. He said it would take about 1 week and then it would be sent.
After about 3 weeks, I started to call and leave messages because I hadn't received the alternator.
Approximately 30 days after the first phone call, Dave called my home and left a message saying the alternator was ready and was being shipped.
After another 2 weeks passed I started calling again and sent numerous e-mails saying that I hadn't received the alternator.
Dave finally answered one of the e-mails on 10/8/04 stating the distributor that sent the alternator was checking to see if it had been lost in shipping.
As of today, 1/12/05, I have not received the alternator nor my money back.
I filled out a request to Traveler's Express Company and got a copy of the money order that I had sent, front and back. It had been cashed on 9/1/04.
I would prefer to have the merchandise that I ordered by would be happy to have my money returned!
