Ordered a child's toy as a gift. UPS delivered it - box all smashed / crushed. Contents also damaged. NOT THE FIRST TIME UPS has destroyed items. Will no longer by from any company that uses UPS. Took pics too. It was obvious box was thrown / tossed around.
Disgusted with UPS.
