After 15 months of storing a 5 room home in a PODS, when it was delivered, items in the far left rear were damaged, wet, mildewed and had spiders, bugs spiderwebs and ants on everything. After inspecting the damaged items, sofa, love seat, mattress, box spring, head board, clothes, bed linen, computer monitor and boxes of papers were found damaged. I took pictures and called in a complaint. The "PLATINUM" department took the complaint and said someone would contact me. I waited 2 weeks called back and Mr. Cooney finally called and said it got lost on his desk.

This has been going on for 2 months with unanswered calls and emails. The final outcome is that out of $8,000.00 worth of damaged items they agreed to only pay me 1500.00 because I threw the stinky mildewed items away and the pictures I sent were not what they wanted to see. The real kicker is there is no one over them to complain to. They are the "investigators and no one over them" I am still waiting and they are still ignoring my calls. The PODS unit had a hole in the top, probably ripped by there hydraulic lift or whatever they call the equipment and my items were destroyed. When I spoke with Ms. Vogt (the head person) she is so condescending, she went on to tell me about her 4 bedroom house, Who cares, I want my money and I want to know who is over Ms. Vogt.
