2005 freestar waiting for part - 2005 ford freesta

I have been waiting for a brain for my 2005 ford freestar since june 28th that is a month and a half. The van is inoperable meaning that the vehicle i thought would be the best for me and my dog isnt even close. I bought many ford vehicles from the 1980's to early 2000's they were the most reliable vehicles ever. I thought i was dealing with the same company but i was wrong. Since buying my 2005 ford freestar june of it has had 4 major repairs plus 2 recalls and the service bulletin about the brain. I was told the part was on backorder and i would have to wait a month for it. I have been stuck completely at home for six weeks and no part or any updated timeframe. My service dog is a long hair lab and sheds very bad so family and friends cant or wont let him in their cars which is why i bought a ford van. Please make it up to one of your loyal customers by giving me a rental car, maybe a discount on the repair or maybe even a date so i can schedule a doctors appointment. If you cant help i will never buy another ford vehicle again and i will tell anyone i talk to about the way ford takes care of its customers.
