UPS Freight took 4 Days to pick up a Pallet - UPS Freight

UPS took 4 days to pick up a Pallet. Scheduled between 9am and 5pm for UPS to pick up a pallet. It ended up being between Monday 9AM and Thursday 6PM. They ended up picking up the pallet a 6:17PM Thursday! I called and tried to figure it out everyday, and nothing had happened. I am worried that my pallet of goods will not arrive now!

Wow UPS Freight is the worst!
