I will tell that my first buying experience with them was smooth, and i was satisfied... Then, a few days later, i ordered 2 ATV tires, in which i did order the wrong size... I phoned them right away, and they said they would check on changing my order, if the tires had not shipped yet... This call was made to them on Friday 12-31-04... They told me i would need to check back on Monday 1-3-05, which was very understandable. So, i called on Monday, and they did not call me to let me know anything. So, i called on Tuesday, 1-4-05, and they notify me they could not change my order, because the tires had been shipped... Here is my problem with them!!! According to UPS tracking system, the tires were not even shipped until 7:34 pm on Tuesday 1-4-05... So, they did not even ship them until about 10 hrs after i talked with onlyatv.com, on Tuesday... Remind you i called them 3 days in a row to change the order... They just did not care, because they had my credit card # already... I am in the automobile business, and starting a used ATV business, and was hoping to have found a straight up dealer to buy accesories from... Boy, was i wrong!!! If your looking for a sincere atv accesories dealer, i would strongly advise you look elsewhere, because once they get your money, they are done with you... Now if for some unforseen reason they make this right, i will be the first to let everyone know... But, i did give them the chance to make it right today, and they basicly said (TOUGH LUCK)... I hope this page will save alot of people the heartache of dealing with this so called company...
