Absolutely most incompetent people I have EVER dealt with and terrible concern for customers!!! We had changes that needed to be made to our rental and took precautions to make sure we were covered. Every time we called them we were sent to the headquarters office and were told something different. Everyone that I talked to had a lot of trouble completing simple tasks and most were unnecessarily rude. When I finally went to return the car, of course, the lady at the desk at the RDU airport branch had no idea that I had asked anything to be changed. She did try very hard to fix the problem after I explained that I was very disappointed in the way everything had been handled so far. However, she struggled to do what I needed her to (split the trip between two credit cards as one part of the trip was for work and the other was for pleasure) and repeatedly told me how hard it was for her. I would have felt pity for if the company had not told us this could be done and if she didn't stop working with me twice to 1. Fix someone else's reservation and 2. Go drink water from the water fountain because her job required too much of her. It took over an hour counter time with this woman and she did continue to try to complete her job, but it was extremely inconvenient to me and she continued to remind me how much I was inconveniencing her. Terrible way to deal with customers! The headquarters phone calls were absolutely awful! They took a credit card number from us over the phone and then at the RDU location they did not have that card information and told me they were not allowed to take credit card numbers over the phone. We gave our credit card number to someone and they did not seem concerned that this happened. Overall TERRIBLE experience!!! Never again!
