Customer service is non-existent. Here's my story, and it might sound familiar.
Moving a co-worker cross country and this company seemed fine for the job.
Quote was averagely priced, seemed responsive in the beginning of my experience but that quickly changed after they took my initial deposit.

After the initial deposit, I never received a receipt for the amount paid, and the 2nd deposit at the time of pick-up was increased in price due to extra steps that I was aware of, but I never heard from the company back in regards to a voicemail and questions that I have for the cost of the additional charges.in addition to, I've been calling and emailing daily for a receipt, clarification on details, and answers to all of my questions, and no one has returned my phone call.
And today, I reached someone named Karen, and she told me that she'd get a manager and I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone hung-up on me. I called back to receive a voicemail system. Each time I call them, I get the voicemail system. Leave a message, and no response. This is going on for 2 weeks now. Calling BBB and reporting the company immediately.
