I prepaid for a car rental in fort myers for 30 days with my visa frequent flyers points (56,000 points) and $190. My husband and i had an emergency, and had to return the car only after a week. The bank paid them $789, and i paid them $190. Dollar was paid nearly $1000, and could again rent the car for the 3 weeks i didn't have the car. I'm appealing to dollar for a refund as my emergency utilized additional funds i wasn't planning on, and am facing a hardship.
