Dollar charged me to fill the gas tank of a rental car after I had paid $7.02 to fill the tank less than 1 mile from the airport!
I complained about the charge and they requested that I send a copy of my receipt which I did. I also disputed the charge with
Visa and Dollar tried to coerce me by saying they could not investigate the complaint while it was being disputed?
