I was so excited when I was purchasing my new home and found out it had a natural gas hook up for a barbecue. I went to my local Brick store and spoke with the sales person I was very clear that I wanted to hook it to my natural gas. After questioning another person she asured me that I could do this with the Master Cook barbecue. The home was purchased in the fall and not needing it I put it into storage for the winter. Now the weather is nicer and time to barbecue so we go to put it together.in large notes of the instruction manual it clearly states for propane only! Not what I wanted to I contact the store. The sales person said it would work for me and it dosent, now the manager of the store says too bad so sad they will not do anything about their mistake because too much time has passed. Please people save your money and choose a different store to shop in. I am now stuck with something I did not want as I saved for this purchase and its not easy for me to make large purchases often.
