Buyers beware!!! We bought a gourmet hamper including lobsters, cheeses, fruit, gourmet chocs, and they left out the lobsters, chhese and chocolates (and sent some old fruit). They charged me $175 plus postage for the privelige of ripping me off. On complaining, we got our calls, faxes, emails ignored only to be told weeks later that dmitri the owner of the company "doesn't do refunds", "our case is closed" and "he hires a team to deal with complains" (not surprising given the thousands of complaints this company generates. The tried to resend the basket again (though we asked them not to as we wanted a refund" and again it was missing the key items. Then they "refunded us " a tiny amount not even nearly covering what they had not sent. This is probably a money laundering operation that this group of scam artists is running. They have a glossy looking website but it is a run by a small group of con artist, dark and evil drain rats... Again... Buyers beware!!! Don't let them rip you off your hard earned money like they did to me and thousands of others. There is a reason that the toronto sun has done exposes on this 'company'. If you buy from them after reading this review than you deserve to be ripped of!!!
