Dear Bloomex, Our mother has received the complete bouquet we ordered today
and she is really happy. We would like to say "thank you" and that we
really appreciate your effort to fix the problem with our order. We
assumed that your company and us have been scammed by the local florist in
Quebec city (Fleur Botanica). We strongly suggested you avoid to do your
business with them. If the two last time you had sent us our orders from
your warehouse from Montreal, we would not had any bad feeling. Again,
thank you and we hope we will have a good experience in our next order.
