Ripoff Kept my money

I purchased a replacement mirror from Kragen. Reciept stated product would be ready 1 week later/After no calls I contacted store and was told it was not in. I called every week. Finally after insisting on info was told product was not available. I was told that I could wait and see if it becomes available. Welll after waiting realized they were not even trying to reorder. When I returned to get my 100.00 was told that only the manager could refund the money. Well the were int he process of changinf manager so there was no manager for a time. Finally went in when they had a new manager and was told it has been 60 days since the purchase was made and they do not refund after that. So here I have no mirror and am out 100.00. It was a mistake on there part and I am out the money. We have called corporate and been given the run around and tons of voice mails with no returned calls. This is after having been sold the wrong oil by an employee. I will never shop Kragen again.
