You ruined yet another persons Christmas. We thought highly of the USPS until today. We will find all other means to ship anything. This was a total disgrace of the federal Government YET AGAIN. We shipped a Parcel Package on the 10th of December with delivery conformation and on the 16th it supposedly left a sorting facility in Mass., but the package shows undelivered to this day. After filing a case to find this Parcel of presents for my entire family your customer service and claims department want to give me lengthy argument that they are not at fault and can not be held responsible for lost packages. I hope the person that stole this package that works in the Mass. Sorting facility gets whats coming to them. From here on out i will hope and pray for some severe action against the Federal governments so called mail service. Absolute disgrace to ruin another human's Christmas.
