On the 4th october i applied for vault copy of marriage and explained he urgency. After much queries and frustration with farzana (constant calling without answering, emailing without answering) my details were finally logged on the system the 24th october! I have since tried calling farzana at least ten times a day but her phone is never answered. I then resorted to emailing home affairs customer care as well as calling 0800 601 190. I can tell you this... Most of the representatives are useless and i met a handful that helped me but to this date even though home affairs logged an urgent case through the call center on the 7th december no one has even opened that case or acknowledged that they are or have actioned it. I have called on a daily basis but nothing has happened. Its now the 27th december to date the only thing that's happened on my case or application is call log's of desperation pleading the urgency. I have so much emails, call records and to this date no one can tell my anything except that no one has even looked at my application almost 3 months later!!! I am about to lose my job without this paper. I am at my wits end dealing with such laziness
