My daughter ordered 2 snuggies on line in Janurary. The order was duplicated by Wes Sims and he debited her account $71.00 instead of the $35.00 that it should have been. My daughter never received the snuggies and Wes Sims claimed that he credited her account. He e-mailed us a false credit report. The money never showed up in her account and we never received the product. After several phone calls and e-mails, he claimed that he sent a refund two times. We reported this to his payment service and they couldn't retrieve the funds from him either. 5 months later, he has changed his e-mail address and will not return phones call or e-mails. He is aware that he owes her and we have several e-mails from him stating this. We have left him messages stating that we would take the 4 snuggies if nothing else, but he will not respond. He is a thief!
