On 11/15 i requested a steelcraft grille guard from the corporation. They said it'd take roughly 2 wks to have it. Taken care of it having a charge card/paypal, removed immediately. Waited atleast 2 wks then checked on my order. They state fedex sent it on 12/03. Never got it. Named fedex and they've no record of any item being sent to me, no tackle, no tracking #, no-name. Have tried to call and email them and not get a solution. So what can i actually do or who are able to i contact to understand this fixed? Thanks
