I bought a custom grill over $300.00. The customer service representative assured me that it would fit with the original parts such as the screws. When installing it I found out that the screws weren't the right length which cause a puncture in the grille. I notifed the company and they said they could not issue me a refund or exchange. The representative that I spoke with was named Tom. I don't feel this was they were being fair. I ended up losing $346.00.
