Absolutely Shocking behavior of the Service Manager at WALLACE LINCOLN (Bill Minogue) who in a rude and aggressive manner and language attacked me in his office when I stepped in for explanations about my repairs according recall. He yelled at me that I am not letting him do what he was doing that he is in the middle of something and that I should not be there because I've been already told that they are "a little" backed up. And this is after two extra days of not completing repair. They even didn't have a courtesy to call and give a reasonable explanation of the delay - just were saying at the end of each day: it is not ready the mechanic is backlogged. Let's see tomorrow. And this was going for four days!
Even after my conversation with the General Manager Dennis this guy, Bill Minogue, did not bring any apologies and excuses. The next day General Manager took the side of his Service Manager (saying that this is personal between me and Bill). It looks as if they all need some brain surgery as they do not know how to talk to the Customer and that CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!
They have to go back to study Customer Relations! Refresh or learn MANNERS!!!
And the worst thing is that they admit and deny their failure to deliver a timely manner and try to collect extra Labour costs for swapping parts before reassembly. For example to do this recall job for which they get paid by manufacturer mechanic has to take off the battery and other parts including air filters.
For Mechanic it make no difference when he puts back together if it is old battery or new, or if he assembles back old dirty filters or new and he offered to make a swap for new parts using the moment - he is getting paid for assembly by recall job. General Manager Dennis said he cannot "loose "money and still charged me besides the Part's Cost extra Labour Charge for installation with no mercy. GREEDY!!!
After more than 15-year of relations with WALLACE AUTO GROUP (buying and servicing multiple cars with them) those clowns DO NOT DESERVE ANY MORE BUSINESS FROM ME! They won't get a penny from me!
