Last 4 years chnaged same part on a recall, car is still not fixed and they say my key was not working when it got there. YET it was workin just fine when the car left my lot. THEY ARE RUDE and they lie to there customers

I had my Car towed into kelley chevorlet because i had put a new battery in. When you do that it disconnects with the brain and has to be reprogrammed. When my car left my hands the key was working just fine. The car would turn on but when you went to drive it would shut off.

They changed the harness and actuator and locke plate. Which was changed for the past 4 years due to a recall that they supposably fixed. So my car was there 3 times prior due to the same problem which bye the way they did not charge me for because it was a recall that they supposably fixed.

Apparenlty it was not fixed because they are trying to tell me that it was the harness and actuator again in which they had to change again, BUT charged me this time 1100.00 dollars.

GM called the mechanic david and the mechnic told the service manager whom is Mr lopez whom refused to get on the phone with GM and acording to the mechnic. He told him he was not getting on the phone and that i was paying for it.

I finally had enough of there nonsence and went to the dealership to find out what was going on. I went to the general Manager whom is TJ. He brushed me off like he could not be bothered. But because i would not leave until he told me why it was that when GM called and they told Gm there was no manager there that they could talk to. He said that is not true. So i said well your mechnic told me that is what happened. The Mechanic told me not to get him involved, i said im sorry you are involved. Because Mr lopez is lieing saying he new nothing about GM calling. So finally TJ got off his butt all angry saying we will get to the bottom of this. Becasue he has had enough of me. (IM THE CUSTOMER) Well we all 3 sat in his office with myself and my daughter with lopez, david and tj and lopez said he did not even know that GM called and david said yes you did becasue i told you. Lopez at that point said no i did not and thats when those two went back and forth. Then Lopez finally said oh yea thats right he did tell me and i said she is paying for it, so there was no reason for him to get on the phone.

At that point i had enough of them lieing. The general manager started sreaming how dare you call me a liar and now you will pay for your car and you will pay the tax or you wont get your car... I had no choice but to get my car and leave becasue i was afraid they would do something to it.

Being that when i brought my car in there last year they took my whole lock system out of my car and told me that gm told them to do that to fix the recall. Im sorry that is not fixing it that is rigging it. I bought my car with a locke system in it and i paid 33,000 for it. What gives them the right to take it out. Which did not fix the problem anyway becaue they had to replace the same part agian for the 4th time. I dont understand how they get away with doing this to people. I am in the car business and i know for a fact that you should not have to change the harness every year, if they ever did it to begin with. ALso GM was supposed to have a conference call with them and once i paid for it they never even called me back. Gm should have been responsable for it to begin with. They never charged me before on any of the repairs and now they decide that i should? I do not think that is the way to take care of your customers. Esspeially being it has do with the same recall that was never fixed properly. They are a bunch of crooks... Gm new this was a defect when they built the car and they are not taking care of the problem. It was laways the same problem which was due to the recall. They are a bunch of lieing thieves.
