I paid $8,000 for a Shelf Corporation Package from James Wallace of Wallace Financial Consulting in Canton, Ohio, back in October. Mr. Wallace did NOT deliver what was promised and has continued to string me along with false promises. I've been in contact with the authorities in Ohio. Apparently he has done this to MANY other people. STAY AWAY from this person as he clearly can't deliver on any promises!
