January 27 had break job done at local firestone which consisted of new pads and rotor
cost was $388.42 on the 7/12 car started vibrating when applying breaks finally got a chance
to take the car back to firestone which was 11/23 day after Thanksgiving they did a courtesy check and said that i needed a set of pads ans a new set of rotors. I was told that they dont warrant rotors and in 2011 they didnt offer warranties on pads but now they do. So in other words what i was told that even though i purchased their products and it has only been a year i still had to pay $294.00 for the same job they did a year ago. They lost a customer today and i will let my company know not to take our company vehiccles there to be serviced
