Interviewing skills lacking and not compassionate or genuine in interviewing for Aerotek

Not the best interview I've gone on. One of the worst interviews I've gone on. Sarah Southard a manager at Aerotek in Charlotte, NC didn't look at my resume before I came in, and it was a waste of my time because she was not familiar with my work experience and the reasoning why I moved from my hometown and switcheed jobs a few time. The interview was disorganized and in a small room - I can tell she hasn't been interviewing people long; I just felt like what a waste of gas to even drive here, and to sit with a person who just isn't compassionate to the interviewee, she seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder and her mood changes quickly. I was a little late because the Aeretok business is far away from where I lived, but the fact it is not located in a busy area, and is very hard to find, you have to take all these side highways just to find it and you need a GPS. I was a few minutes late and Sarah didn't even want to proceed with the interview, very strict she is and has no understanding of a person's situation or mishap, and she didn't offer or do much to help with my job search. Sarah Southard never thought the reason why I was late is because I could not find the location, she just was like your late so I don't want to interview you or I don't think you'd be a good fit, because your late I can't do much for you, just because I was late to see her does not mean I'd be late to work with her client - she jumps to conclusions about things, and she is not an open minded or worldly thinker, her mind and thoughts are very closed minded and narrow minded she needs to really broaden her horizons. I think she sugarcoats information and she doesn't tell you all you need to know about Aerotek places you in jobs, you find out along the way, well that's how I felt about the interview, she prepped me to think coming in was a great opportunity to interview, it was such a let down. Sarah Southard was very short patient, judgmental, and brief in her talk in the interview. I think she doesn't want you to be honest about a bad job experience, and she rather you say good things about a business you prior worked for although you may have had a horrible experience just so you don't make the business look bad she doesn't care about your feelings or your well-being just about the job because she is paid when you are paid - I don't think Sarah likes hearing the truth, and I also don't think she cares about the well-being of the interviewee because I would never tell a person with a bad job experience prior to just not say anything and just hold it in especially if it's something that is bothering them or annoying them, but she does that. I think Sarah Southard feels the same way if she placed me in a job she would not want you to tell the truth even if it's negative about the job or company, just to say the job ended or it didn't work out or to not say anything at all. I believe Sarah rather someone feel unsatisfied and unhappy in their job working for a company and keep their job than to look for a job which gives them happiness or peace of mind, she just wasn't very genuine to me. I think Sarah needs to work on her interviewing and how she talks to people it really needs to be improved, she speaks but doesn't think clearly of what she says, she needs to show more honesty and care, and compassion, not so much push someone into a job they don't like. Sarah needs to learn to appreciate and speak to all people of all walks of life, she has a hard time relating to people and she does not think outside of the box, her thinking is very limited and it's not higher thinking its mediocre thinking. I also think based off of the vibe Sarah gave off she thinks she's better than other people, she won't say it, but it's the way I felt in her presence, the way she looks you up and down and sizes you is not like your good enough. One of the worst interview experiences for me. I'm stating factual information here based on my experience, this is not slander, and this is not defamation, this was my interview experience, and it was a total waste of time, and I wish I had not even gone in to meet her or find out about this company. I've read the reviews for Aerotek and they aren't good reviews, most are saying how I say the business is, this business isn't all it seems, too good to be true. Here is a review I read about the company: http://aerotek. Pissedconsumer.com/aerotek-complaint1108141526.html
