The company has a broken time reporting process to which you have to send a sizeable screenshot to the "Account manager" to which they can verify the time that is entered into their system.
When you send the time in, it never reaches the people that it gets to. All they do is down talk by saying remarks such as "Well, I told them to carbon copy you - so maybe now they will" and "Your computer is the problem - we don't understand why we are not getting them."
They are very snobbish when speaking to their employees to the point it is nearly harassment.
