I owed a charge card statement, that was switched to P.N. Financial & Associates. #117184. I named them-and talked to some Ms. Stephanie Rock. I attempted to inform her this statement was removed in bankruptcy on June 15. She then beat to inform me that she declined this bankruptcy which she did this constantly (rest). And that I could be offered from the sheriff on Tuesday. She subsequently explained that I'd be going to trial and would need to spend this statement and court expense. She stated that I had been a crook along with a deadbeat, and that I could be billed with robbery by fraud. She then condemned the telephone along. I named my lawyer, who assured me this is coated in my own bankruptcy. I subsequently attempted to contact Ms. Rock again and he or she acquired the phone and immediately she put the phone up before I actually had an opportunity to say again. I subsequently named her boss and he explained he'd observe that this consideration was submitted under bankruptcy. He requested for my lawyer's title and that was that. I've cancer and excessively high blood pressure. This lady upset me so much that I'd a anxiety attack and began hyperventilating. Crisis team needed to be named. I'm not really a crook, by fraud or every other method, and that I am not really a deadbeat. I'm simply somebody who experienced economic trouble, and small much dropped anything. I've needed to cope with bill collectors previously and that I recognize they've to complete exactly what the need to do, but no body deserves to become named titles and voiced to so rudely. This lady must be trained to maintain her individual views to himself of course if she can't manage her work appropriately. She must dismissed. I'd like Ms. Rock to understand that I'm contemplating case for defamation of personality or something I will. I truly don't enjoy her shouting all of the titles. I'm sure the entire office noticed.
