I've been getting threatening telephone calls for nearly annually. This newest phone originates from some international (Indian) guy showing me that I owe a debt to get a pay day-mortgage that I got out in Dec. 2010. I first wish to state... UMMM NO, I've not really asked of a pay day-mortgage since 2004 after I submitted Bankruptcy. The males are rude and incredibly unpleasant. This specific guy named from the telephone number of 888-343-4933 and mentioned his title was Austin White, (which it obviously wasn't). He started to inform me that I owe a debt and they are getting appropriate action against me, including examine fraud & bank scam. He'd my job, tackle, Bank Info and SS#. He requested that possibly me or my lawyer contact him back again to solve this issue. I visited discover my lawyer today, so when she named the amount a girl responded and mentioned she'd need to call-back after 6pm and hung-up the telephone on her behalf. I subsequently called back from my mobile phone and talked using the guy claiming to become Austin White. He'd not provide me an incident or document variety, but mentioned the mortgage was removed this past year (still another rest) which I have to have my lawyer contact them. After I told him that I had been resting with my lawyer right then, he got angry and stated, "Then we will have you in courtroom, " and hung-up on me. They've named my job departing unpleasant messages aswell. I named the Attorney Generals Office plus they explained this is just a fraud plus they have now been getting an incredibly large quantity of calls regarding these kinds of threatening telephone calls to customers. She advised me that it's better to simply get the telephone and hang-up in it. I say we require somebody who are able to discover where these calls are originating from and do something against them for harassment. There must be somebody or one thing we are able to do to safeguard ourselves against these heinous acts from these deceptive individuals. It's a breach of our privileges to become harassed by anyone, not to mention when there has been a lot of grievances filed from this organization (if it's actually actual). SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THAT!
