I had been operating someplace after which I acquired phone from ITTB that there's work opening for QA in certain organization. I had been searching for change and so I went and offered meeting there and got chosen. I closed the agreement together and that I advised my present supervisor and offered him fourteen days notice. Our supervisor asked me when I will work with yet another week to ensure that he get time for you to locate my alternative. I stated that I Will request the brand new employer and certainly will allow him understand. After I requested ITTB they stated that number they need me to participate ASAP and so I cannot wait joining per week. And so I stated no to my present supervisor. Subsequently on Friday, that was my last evening in my own present work, after I arrived home after-work ITTB named me and stated that that I can not begin my new job on Wednesday whilst the individual who accounts for onboarding isn't within the town. The joinging is likely to be on thursday or thursday. He stated that on Friday he'll contact me and I would like to understand. Subsequently on Friday I waited for his phone but he did not contact however after I named he stated that the joing day continues to be not established it will be by thrusday and he stated that he'll I want to understand. He then did not ask Thursday so when I named him he again included yet another evening for me personally to hold back. Such as this he lost my entire week-by incorporating yet another evening whenver I named him and stated that it will be on next Mon today. After I did not get phone from him on Friday I named him again after which he I would like to realize that placement continues to be scrapped and today the positioning that I had been chosen isn't any more available. After I questioned him as what I'll do today when I do not have any work he simply stated Sorry. Today after I attempt to contact him he does not answer my phone and not answer my voicemails. Today I actually donot have any work and that I am sitting bored and getting disappointed.
ITTB people should have recognized this and thats why 'they did not make me join the organization. This is actually the worst organization that anyone can use. They're not at trusted and reliable. They're not at skilled and imagine of themselves. Never use them.
