Same as other people who have complained here. I registered for a subscription. Knew that it was an ongoing subscription, but immediately went into my account settings and set it to expire after 1 month ($40). Just checked my credit card statement and in for no apparent reason, Care.com started charging me again. I have sent a note to the site and I've disputed to my credit card company.in the meantime I'm out almost $500. Shame on me for not looking at my cc statement, but at the same time, how would I know when they never alerted me to the fact that I was receiving some type of service via email!!
