This is the second scam offer I have been sent out of London. I do not know were they come out of but 1 was for bhp billiton and now this 1 they all go back to (live.com) The 1st. Had the name Micheal Half and now the russelhotels name. Someone needs to look into this. Seriously, they start asking for passport numbers to be put out online and money to be exchange, something is not right.
