I'm a relative of the walmart worker in harvey, la. Walmart has been turning people into part time employees for no purpose. Additionally, informing people when they do not begin working on sundays they'll have to parttime. Stockers were told when they cannot function the newest composed switch of 4a m - 1pm and when they cannot take those hours they can stay home and not get any hours whatsoever. Rightnow in walmart you will find 5 of the large registers available simply because they do not wish to pay people. They're firing people left and right. One lady was shot while on leave informed that she did not manage her leave right. Long story brief she got an attorney was rehired & needed to be paid for the times they ignored her, however now they're telling her that she's to return and work evenings. Another example a door greeter was told she's to open her availabilty to get hours. She depends on public transportation and they asked her when does her last bus move. That is definitely rediculous and that i wanna know if any of the is illegal that we believe the majority of it's.
