I've been an associate of Navy Federal Credit Union for more than 18 years. For these years I've realized that their customer support is extremely bad. If it wasn't for that US Military NFCU wouldn't be below. I've a summary of these violent customer support people like Kevin within the charge card department, Kamy at ext 20906, Mom, Kelly in customer support department. John Marshall, and so forth. You will find way too many people who are in the credit union which are rude using their clients. I'd an issue having a gift-card and that I couldn't utilize it in a gasoline pump. Well below I contact NFCU understanding I had been likely to obtain a rude repetition about the telephone since that that NFCU has working there. They get these telemarketers off the road and this type of person not effectively been trained in my estimation. Anyway I contact customer support. They get me to charge card providers.
