I subsequently requested to become called back and today, significantly more than one hour later, no-call back.
This Can Be A BAIT-AND-SWITCH strategy so far as I am worried. At least, NFCU must have named me prior to the certification matured and mentioned the 4.10% price was no more available. I truly might have NOT selected to restore to a different 5-year period in a low-rate.
These are deceptive methods and NFCU ought to be ashamed of itself. When they don't solve this, a is likely to be submitted via NCUA.
