I went hey costco to purchase materials for my parents company. At that time my grandma was identified as having cancer and my father needed to omit-of-condition, and so I was responsible for the company. I visited Costco in Redwood City, exactly the same one I've been likely to since I have was 5. I proceeded towards the checkout point and passed them my mothers Costco card. They declined it and required it away, at that instant i instantly get the card back in the boss. Next they sent protection called JULIO after which he GOT me and that I shook him down and was proceeding towards the leave. Although I had been STROLLING from the shop he begins to shouts remarks about me and explained "RETURN WITH YOUR HOMIES AND WE WILL SETTLE THIS." I had been astonished how they'd disrespect me and embarrassed me when our household continues to be buying at costco for over 18 years. Next event, my father taken care of a Costco company account for me personally. The very first time I visited costco to purchase materials, I began to experience interesting within the shop, it felt like somebody was observing me, my every transfer. Used to donot visit Costco to grab or cause difficulty, I visited costco to purchase materials. I had been being adopted within the shop for no cause. After I quit the shop i switched around and noticed exactly the same protection shield JULIO following me and that I proceeded to git into my vehicle, i ripped out and JULIO was evidently attempting to strike my car together with his fist! Yes! He attempted to STRIKE MY CAR! He endured in the centre of the parking lot shouting out profanities and improper remarks about me! Per week later my buddy that works at Costco explained they were observing me everytime I went in to the shop, "theres about three or four people-watching you" he explained. A couple of days later a had a professional notice from Costco refunding my fathers cash in the Costco account. The notice mentioned that I had been prohibited at any Costco within the U.S.??? Our parents had their family attorney to intervene. He visited Costco In REDWOOD CITY CA plus they did not wish to talk to him. I later discovered JULIO was later dismissed a couple of months after my event because of ASSAULT to a different client wher he hit him within the encounter for no cause. Our parents are providing me the company but I understand that Costco has great costs but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I named the Headquarters within the Upper Area Mr. John Cubicle and he explained "your debt an apology." APLOLOGY FOR WHAT? I DID NOT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT ATTEMPT TO BRING BUSINESS TO COSTCO! Used to donot move there to begin difficulty or grab something. I'm 22 yrs old and that I believe it offends people who an individual my era has their particular company. I have been heading there for a long time till they began to handle me disrespectfully! Iam never returning to Costco and i inform people to not store there and Iam betting about beginning an non profit business against Costco Corp. Pacc (people against costco company) iam never allowing costco contact my money again. They're not skilled since there not returning my calls and that i have written several characters but no solution.
