Awful service and product - customer service

I was so poorly treated in your restaurant during today’s visit that I was deeply disappointed since never experience something like that in your stores.
Store was really busy today because of holidays and I was patiently waiting in the line maybe for up to 30 minutes hoping that I will be served as everybody else. But staff obviously lost the patience and while I was paying the bill for my and my wife’s sandwich the lady didn’t make the sandwich up to my order and up to your standards.
I ordered foot long Spice Italian with all vegetables and she put only lattice, tomato onions and olives and did not put any dressing on it although I asked for oil and vinegar and mayonnaise.

Latter when I was complaining she gave me the oil in the small Subway beg.

They even didn’t put paper napkins into bag and acted very unfriendly not to mention something of Christmas spirit or something like that.
I am a senior citizen and all of those people in front of me were young people and I even let the young mother with small daughter to go before me because girl might be hungry.
I am your customer for the long time, never experience soothing like this and I think you should be ashamed of that restaurant that bears you name.
